Common questions
Will this tape work with our existing tape dispensers?
Yes. The standard 3-inch core on each roll is engineered for compatibility with most commercial-grade tape dispensers used on packing lines. Verify your dispenser's core diameter specification (typically 3 inches) before ordering to ensure use.
How does 2.2 mil thickness affect sealing performance?
2.2 mil provides the optimal middle ground for carton sealing: thick enough to resist splitting during rough handling or box stacking, yet thin enough to avoid dispenser drag and adhesion inconsistencies. This thickness performs reliably across temperature ranges from 50°F to 90°F.
What makes acrylic adhesive better than synthetic rubber for our operation?
Acrylic adhesive activates faster on corrugate, reducing seal time per box and improving line throughput. It maintains consistent bond strength on recycled or dusty boxes where rubber adhesives often fail, and it resists humidity and temperature fluctuations common in warehouse environments.
Can we color-code shipments using white tape with this product line?
White serves as your baseline or default tape for standard shipments. Pair it with Tape Logic colored options (red, blue, green, orange, yellow, black) in the same material and thickness to create a comprehensive color-coding system without changing dispenser setup or tape specifications.
