Common questions
Will this tape work with my standard 2-inch handheld and powered dispensers?
Yes. The 2-inch width is universal across all standard tape dispensers. The 3.1 mil thickness and acrylic adhesive formulation are optimized for smooth unwind with minimal resistance, ensuring compatibility with both manual handheld and electronic dispenser systems.
Does Tape Logic #310CC maintain adhesion strength in cold storage environments?
Absolutely. This tape is specifically formulated to resist the brittleness and adhesion loss that occurs in freezer and cold storage conditions. The acrylic adhesive maintains tack and bond strength even at sub-zero temperatures, making it ideal for frozen food, pharmaceutical, and refrigerated product shipments.
How does the 3.1 mil thickness compare to other carton sealing tapes?
At 3.1 mils, this tape balances strength and cost-efficiency. It provides excellent split and tear resistance for demanding production lines while delivering more rolls per case than heavier gauges, reducing your per-unit sealing cost without sacrificing performance on standard corrugated cartons.
Why is crystal clarity important for my packing line operations?
Crystal clear tape allows barcode readers and vision systems to scan shipping labels and barcodes without interference, essential for automated sorting and tracking. It also enables quality inspectors to visually verify carton contents and seals without tape removal, improving throughput and reducing inspection time.
