Common questions
Will this natural rubber tape work with my existing carton sealing dispenser?
Yes. Tape Logic #50 Natural Rubber Tape uses a standard 3-inch core, making it compatible with all industry-standard carton sealing tape dispensers. Verify your dispenser accepts 2-inch tape width for optimal performance.
How does natural rubber adhesion compare to synthetic alternatives?
Natural rubber provides the most aggressive, consistent adhesion of any pressure-sensitive tape, gripping corrugated almost instantly. This penetrating grip eliminates rub-down time, boosting line throughput while ensuring permanent, tamper-evident closure.
Can I use this tape in cold storage or humid environments?
Yes. With a 0°‚150°F application range and moisture-resistant properties, this tape maintains reliable adhesion in freezers, damp warehouses, and fluctuating temperature zones without performance loss or delamination.
What thickness is this tape, and does it affect dispenser performance?
At 1.9 mil thickness, this tape balances strength and dispensing speed, feeding smoothly through most carton sealers without jamming. The robust backing prevents tearing during application while maintaining dispenser compatibility.
