Common questions
Will this tape work with my existing dispenser?
Yes. Tape Logic #700 Economy Tape is designed for all standard 2" carton sealing tape dispensers. The 55-yard length and 2" width fit universal dispenser cores. For optimal performance and ease of use, pair with Packrift's Carton Sealing Tape Dispensers.
How does hot melt adhesive improve sealing performance on irregular cartons?
Hot melt adhesive delivers extra elongation and flexibility, allowing the tape to stretch and conform around uneven surfaces, lumps, and over-stuffed cartons without splitting or losing adhesion. The quiet release also reduces operator fatigue during high-volume runs.
What's the cost advantage compared to premium tape?
Tape Logic #700 Economy Tape cuts material costs by 20, 30% versus premium brands while maintaining strong polypropylene construction and reliable hot melt adhesion. For packing lines processing thousands of cartons daily, this translates to significant per-unit savings without sacrificing seal integrity.
Can this tape handle temperature fluctuations in our warehouse?
Absolutely. The service temperature range of 10°F, 120°F covers most warehouse and outdoor shipping conditions. Application temperatures of 32°‚104°F ensure consistent adhesion whether you're sealing in a cold storage area or a warm shipping dock.
