Common questions
Will this tape work with my carton sealing dispenser?
Yes. The 2" width and standard core are compatible with most manual and powered tape dispensers. Check your dispenser specifications or view our full Carton Sealing Tape Dispensers collection to confirm fit.
How does the hot melt adhesive improve sealing performance?
Hot melt adhesive creates a quiet, controlled release that prevents tape bunching and tearing, especially on irregular surfaces. The extra elongation allows the tape to conform to over-stuffed cartons without breaking, reducing seal failures and rework.
What temperature conditions does this tape handle?
Application range is 32°‚104°F (ideal for most warehouse climates), and service range extends to 10°‚120°F. This flexibility accommodates seasonal temperature swings and both climate-controlled and unheated facilities.
Is this tape cost-effective for high-volume operations?
Absolutely. The 1.9 mil polypropylene construction delivers strong sealing at economy pricing, making it ideal for repetitive, volume-based packaging. The case of 36 rolls reduces per-unit cost and keeps your line stocked longer between orders.
