Common questions
Will this tape work with my existing carton sealing dispenser?
Yes, this tape is compatible with all standard 2-inch core tape dispensers. The hot melt adhesive provides quiet, easy unwind without jamming or binding, ensuring smooth operation on your production line.
How does 2.2 mil thickness compare to heavier tapes?
At 2.2 mil, this economy tape balances strength with cost efficiency for high-volume applications. It delivers excellent holding power on regular cartons while reducing per-roll expenses, ideal when you're sealing hundreds of boxes daily without sacrificing security.
Can this tape seal overstuffed or irregular cartons?
Absolutely. The hot melt adhesive provides extra elongation, allowing the tape to stretch and conform to bulging or unevenly packed boxes. This flexibility prevents seal failure on over-stuffed cartons common in busy fulfillment operations.
What temperature conditions does this tape handle?
The tape applies safely between 32-104°F and maintains seal integrity in service temperatures from 10-120°F. This range covers most warehouse, cold storage, and shipping dock environments, ensuring reliable performance year-round.
