Common questions
Will this tape work with our current tape dispensers?
Yes. This 2" x 55 yards tape is engineered for core compatibility with all standard Tape Logic carton sealing tape dispensers. The 2.2 mil acrylic adhesive ensures smooth dispensing and consistent seal quality without equipment modifications.
How does pre-printed messaging improve packing line efficiency?
By eliminating the separate label application step, you reduce handling time per carton by 8-12 seconds on average. With high-volume lines processing hundreds of cartons daily, this compounds to significant labor hour savings and faster throughput without sacrificing tamper-evident messaging.
Is the adhesive waterproof and suitable for cold storage environments?
Yes. The 2.2 mil acrylic adhesive formulation is waterproof and performs reliably in cold storage and high-humidity conditions. This makes it ideal for food, beverage, and pharmaceutical applications where environmental exposure is a concern.
