Common questions
Will this tape work with standard carton sealing tape dispensers?
Yes, this 2" tape is fully compatible with all H-style and automatic carton sealing tape dispensers. The 2.2 mil thickness and standard core size ensure smooth dispensing without adjustment or equipment modification required.
Does the acrylic adhesive provide adequate hold on recycled corrugated boxes?
Absolutely. The 2.2 mil acrylic formulation is specifically engineered for reliable adhesion on recycled corrugated, kraft, and treated carton surfaces common in industrial packaging. It maintains integrity in transit and storage environments from 40°F to 100°F.
How much operational time does eliminating separate labeling save per case?
By integrating the handling message directly into the sealing process, supervisors eliminate the pick-and-apply labor for separate warning labels, typically saving 8, 12 seconds per carton sealed. On a line processing 500+ cases daily, this translates to 66, 100 hours saved monthly.
Is this tape waterproof for outdoor or refrigerated shipping?
Yes, the waterproof acrylic adhesive resists moisture, humidity, and temperature fluctuations, making it ideal for cold chain logistics, outdoor storage, and humid warehouse environments without adhesive failure or message degradation.
