Common questions
Will this tape work with our existing 2-inch carton sealing dispensers?
Yes. This 2" x 55 yds. tape is fully compatible with all standard 2-inch carton sealing dispensers, including manual and electric models. No equipment modifications are needed.
How does the waterproof acrylic adhesive affect adhesion in humid or cold storage environments?
The 2.2 mil acrylic formula maintains consistent adhesion across temperature ranges (32°F, 120°F) and high-humidity conditions. It bonds immediately to corrugated cardboard and won't yellow or degrade in outdoor or cold storage applications.
Can we use this on mixed packaging substrates, or is it cardboard-only?
This tape adheres to corrugated cardboard, kraft paper, and most standard carton materials. Test on specialty coatings or plastic surfaces before bulk use to ensure optimal core compatibility.
How much operational time does this tape save compared to using separate labels?
By combining sealing and warning messaging in one application, supervisors eliminate the labeling step entirely. Most operations report 15, 25% faster case closure times, reducing labor costs and increasing line throughput while maintaining compliance standards.
