Common questions
Will this tape work with my existing carton sealing dispenser?
Yes. This 2" x 55 yard tape is fully compatible with all standard carton sealing dispensers. The 2.2 mil acrylic adhesive maintains consistent adhesion through dispenser mechanisms without jamming or core slippage issues.
How does the acrylic adhesive perform on different carton materials?
The waterproof acrylic adhesive bonds reliably to kraft, corrugated, and waxed carton surfaces. It maintains seal integrity even in humid environments and provides excellent holding power when dispensed at standard pressure levels.
Can this tape reduce my labeling costs?
Absolutely. By combining carton sealing and handling instructions into one application, you eliminate the need for separate warning labels, reducing material costs and labor time per package. Most supervisors report 20-30% faster case sealing workflows.
Is the printed message waterproof and smudge-resistant?
Yes. The red/white "If Seal Is Broken..." message is printed directly onto the tape backing and remains visible and legible even when exposed to moisture during storage or transit. The waterproof design ensures messages stay clear throughout the supply chain.
