Common questions
Will this tape work with my existing carton sealing tape dispenser?
Yes. This tape uses a standard 2" paper core and is fully compatible with all Tape Logic and most commercial carton sealing tape dispensers. Verify your dispenser accepts 2" core width before ordering.
How does the pre-printed message reduce packing line time?
By combining sealing and messaging in one application, you eliminate the separate step of applying warning labels. This reduces labor, decreases error rates from missed labels, and accelerates throughput on high-volume lines.
Is the acrylic adhesive strong enough for heavy boxes?
The 2.2 mil acrylic adhesive provides excellent adhesion to corrugate and kraft paper, suitable for boxes up to 65 lbs. For heavier cases or extreme temperature conditions, consider upgrading to 3" width or higher mil thickness options.
How does waterproof adhesive benefit my shipping operations?
Waterproof acrylic adhesive maintains seal integrity in humid environments, during wet weather transport, and in cold storage. This prevents box opening, contamination, and tamper evidence message fading, critical for regulatory compliance and customer trust.
