Common questions
Will this messaged tape work with my current carton sealing tape dispenser?
Yes. The 2" width and standard 3" cardboard core are compatible with all major carton sealing tape dispensers. The 2.2 mil thickness feeds smoothly without jamming, even on high-speed automatic equipment. Always verify your dispenser specifications before ordering.
How does pre-printed tape reduce operational hours?
By combining tape sealing and messaging in one application step, you eliminate the separate labeling process. This reduces material handling, cuts labor time, and decreases equipment requirements, ideal for high-volume lines processing 500+ boxes daily.
Is the waterproof adhesive compatible with all carton materials?
The acrylic adhesive formula provides reliable adhesion to corrugated cardboard, kraft paper, and most recycled materials. It maintains seal integrity in humidity and temperature fluctuations typical of warehouse and transit environments.
Can I customize the messaging on bulk orders?
This SKU features standard "APPROVED" messaging. For custom printed tape orders (minimum quantities apply), please contact our packaging specialists to discuss your specific handling instruction requirements and lead times.
