Common questions
Will this blue tape adhere reliably to all corrugated box types on my high-speed packing line?
Yes. The acrylic adhesive formula is engineered for immediate bond to kraft, corrugated, and recycled cardboard across temperature ranges of 50, 90°F. It performs consistently in both automated and manual dispenser applications without edge lifting or delamination.
Is this tape compatible with my existing 2" carton sealing tape dispenser?
Yes. This tape is fully compatible with all standard 2" tape dispensers (pistol-grip, handheld, and automated systems). The 1" diameter core fits all universal dispenser heads without modification.
How many boxes can I seal with one roll, and what's the coverage per case?
One 110-yard roll typically seals 50, 75 boxes (depending on tape overlap and box size). A case of 18 rolls provides 1,980 linear yards, roughly 900, 1,350 sealed boxes, making it ideal for high-volume packing lines.
Why choose blue tape specifically, and can I mix colors on my packing line?
Blue tape enables visual shipping workflow management, common codes include blue for ground shipping, red for hot/expedited, and green for standard ground. Yes, you can mix colors on the same line to segment orders by carrier or priority, improving fulfillment accuracy and reducing misshipments.
