Common questions
Will this tape work with standard 2-inch carton tape dispensers?
Yes. The 2-inch core design is compatible with all Tape Logic dispensers (C3100 series and standard 3-inch core holders). Core compatibility ensures zero setup time when swapping rolls on your packing line.
How does the 2.2 mil thickness compare to standard 2.0 mil tape?
The 2.2 mil polypropylene provides 10% more material for enhanced durability and adhesion hold-time on rough or recycled corrugated surfaces. This reduces tape slippage failures on conveyor systems, especially critical in high-speed operations.
Can this yellow tape adhere reliably in cold storage or outdoor loading areas?
The acrylic adhesive formula maintains consistent bond strength from 40°F to 110°F, making it suitable for refrigerated warehouses and outdoor dock operations without performance loss.
How many boxes can one 110-yard roll seal?
Approximately 50, 65 boxes (depending on box size and sealing method: H-pattern vs. one-strip sealing). A 6-pack case typically handles 300, 400 boxes, making it ideal for mid-shift supplies on high-volume packing lines.
