Common questions
Will this tape adhere properly to recycled cardboard with high recycled content?
Yes. Scotch® Box Sealing Tape 313 is specifically formulated to adhere reliably to cartons containing various recycled content levels, preventing adhesion failures common with standard tapes on mixed-material boxes.
Is this tape compatible with standard carton sealing dispensers?
Yes. The 2" width and standard core diameter ensure compatibility with all major manual and electric carton sealing dispensers, with smooth unwinding that reduces operator fatigue and dispenser wear.
How does this tape perform in temperature-variable shipping environments?
The acrylic adhesive formula maintains consistent seal integrity across wide temperature fluctuations, from cold storage facilities to heated transport conditions, without loss of holding strength.
What is the shelf life and storage requirement for unopened rolls?
Unopened rolls maintain optimal adhesive performance for up to 2 years when stored in cool, dry conditions away from direct sunlight, ensuring your bulk case investment remains production-ready.
