Common questions
Will this tape work on my existing carton sealing dispenser?
Yes. The 2" x 110 yds. format with filmed back core is compatible with all standard hand-held and automatic carton sealing dispensers. The filmed back prevents adhesive buildup and sticking, reducing dispenser maintenance and downtime.
What makes this tape different from standard carton sealing tape?
Tape Logic #6651 is formulated with a hot melt adhesive that maintains grip at sub-zero temperatures, whereas standard tape loses adhesion in cold environments. This prevents case separation, seal failure, and product loss during frozen storage and transportation.
Is this tape safe for food contact applications?
Yes. This tape is chemically acceptable by the USDA for use on packaging materials with minimal contact with meat and poultry products prepared under federal inspection, making it ideal for compliant food service packaging.
How many rolls are in a case, and what's the coverage per case?
Each case contains 36 rolls. With each roll providing 110 yards of 2" tape, a single case delivers 3,960 total linear yards, sufficient for high-volume packing lines running 24/7 operations.
