Common questions
Will this tape work with my existing carton sealing dispenser?
Yes. Tape Logic #900 Economy Tape is compatible with all standard handheld and bench-mount carton sealing dispensers. We recommend pairing it with our Carton Sealing Tape Dispensers for optimal quiet release, easy unwind, and reduced operator fatigue on high-volume lines.
How does hot melt adhesive help with irregular or over-stuffed cartons?
Hot melt adhesive provides elongation and flexibility, allowing the tape to stretch and conform to irregular box shapes and uneven surfaces. This prevents premature tape break-off during the sealing process and ensures consistent seal integrity even on challenging cartons.
Does this tape adhere well to plastic film and poly liners?
Absolutely. The 2.5 mil hot melt formulation is specifically engineered for excellent adhesion to polyethylene film and plastic-lined corrugated boxes, making it ideal for moisture-sensitive or contamination-control applications.
What's the cost advantage versus premium tape options?
Tape Logic #900 Economy Tape delivers strong polypropylene performance and reliable hot melt adhesion at a lower per-roll cost, allowing high-volume operations to reduce packaging material expenses by 15, 25% without sacrificing seal quality or dispenser compatibility.
