Common questions
Will this tape work with my automatic packing line dispenser?
Yes. The 3" width and standard core size make this tape compatible with virtually all commercial packing line dispensers and tape machines. Verify your dispenser accepts 3" core width before ordering.
How does the adhesive perform in cold storage or humid environments?
The hot melt rubber adhesive won't peel, crack, or dry out in temperature fluctuations or high humidity. Its waterproof and weather-resistant formula maintains seal integrity in cold storage, shipping containers, and outdoor conditions.
What is the coverage per case, and how many cartons can I seal?
Each case contains 4 rolls x 1000 yards = 4,000 total yards of tape. For 3" tape, expect approximately 1,300+ sealed cartons per case (average ~3" per seal), though actual volume depends on box size and sealing method.
Is this tape cost-effective for high-volume operations?
Yes. The 1000-yard roll length reduces dispenser change-outs and downtime, while the hot melt adhesive eliminates waste from peeling or failed seals. For high-volume case sealing, this polypropylene tape delivers consistent, reliable performance at an industrial cost-per-seal value.
