Common questions
Is this tape compatible with my carton sealing dispenser?
Yes. This 3-inch tape is compatible with all standard carton sealing tape dispensers, including hand-held and automated models. The 2-inch or 3-inch core fits standard dispenser spindles. Verify your dispenser width (3 inches) before ordering.
How does the acrylic adhesive perform on corrugate with dust or residue?
Acrylic adhesive is pressure-sensitive and works best on clean, dry surfaces. For maximum adhesion, wipe boxes free of dust before sealing. The formulation provides reliable tack at room temperature and maintains hold during shipping temperature swings.
Can I use black tape with your colored tape on the same packing line?
Absolutely. Many supervisors use black for standard shipments and pair it with red, blue, or other colors from the Tape Logic colored line for special instructions (e.g., red for 'Hot' shipments). All colors use the same 2.2 mil construction and acrylic adhesive for consistent dispenser performance.
What's the coverage on a 3" x 55 yard roll for standard case sealing?
A single 55-yard roll seals approximately 150, 200 standard shipping boxes (depending on case length and whether you tape all seams). The 6-pack provides enough inventory for most mid-volume operations before reordering, reducing supply chain disruption.
