Common questions
Does this orange tape work with standard carton sealing dispensers?
Yes. The 2-inch core is compatible with all Tape Logic carton sealing dispensers and universal 2-inch core models. Verify your dispenser's width capacity is 3 inches or greater for optimal hand-sealing or conveyor-line application.
How does acrylic adhesive compare to hot-melt on corrugated boxes?
Acrylic adhesive provides immediate grab and sustained holding power on corrugate, even in cold storage (down to 32°F). It resists age-hardening and humidity-related bond failure better than hot-melt, making it ideal for high-volume lines where consistent seal performance is critical.
Will orange tape show through boxes or affect product labeling visibility?
No. The bright orange color sits on the exterior flap seal and does not obscure shipping labels or barcodes when applied correctly. Color-coded identification is visible to handlers at 10+ feet, reducing misdirection errors in busy warehouses.
Can I order mixed color cases, or does each case contain only orange tape?
This SKU (T90522O6PK) contains 6 rolls of orange tape only. Tape Logic offers individual color SKUs and mixed-color assortment packs; contact our sales team to customize your standing order for multi-color coding workflows.
