Common questions
Will this tape work with standard carton sealing dispensers?
Yes. The 2.2 mil thickness and 3" width are compatible with all major carton sealing tape dispensers. Natural rubber tape feeds smoothly without binding, reducing downtime and dispenser jams common with thinner or synthetic alternatives.
How does natural rubber tape reduce 'rub down' time compared to acrylic or synthetic tape?
Natural rubber adhesive chemically bonds to corrugated fibers immediately upon contact, while synthetic adhesives require pressure and time to activate. This means operators apply tape once and move to the next box, eliminating the need for secondary hand pressure to ensure a secure seal.
Can this tape handle humid or cold warehouse conditions?
Absolutely. The moisture-resistant formula maintains adhesive strength in damp environments, and the 0°F minimum temperature rating ensures reliable closure in refrigerated storage and unheated loading docks during winter months.
What core size does this tape use, and is it compatible with my dispenser?
This tape ships on a standard 3" diameter cardboard core, compatible with all industry-standard handheld and desktop carton sealing dispensers. Verify your dispenser's core size specifications to confirm fit, or contact our team for dispenser compatibility recommendations.
