Common questions
Will this tape work with my existing carton sealing tape dispenser?
Yes. Tape Logic #900 Economy Tape is compatible with standard 3" manual and electric carton sealing dispensers. The 2.5 mil thickness feeds smoothly without core compatibility issues. Verify your dispenser accepts 3" core width before ordering.
How does hot melt adhesion compare to acrylic on film-faced cartons?
Hot melt adhesive excels on film surfaces with initial grab and elongation, allowing it to conform to irregular box shapes without tearing. You'll see quiet, clean release and reduced dispenser jams compared to some acrylic formulations.
What's the service life range after sealing?
Sealed cartons maintain full adhesive strength in environments from 10°F to 120°F. This wide service range covers standard cold storage, ambient warehousing, and mild heating conditions without adhesion degradation.
Is bulk purchasing this 6-pack case more economical than smaller rolls?
Yes. The case format reduces per-unit costs and minimizes dispenser downtime by keeping backup rolls ready. For packing lines running 40+ hours weekly, a case typically lasts 2, 3 weeks depending on carton volume and sealing pass-throughs.
