Common questions
Will this tape work with my existing carton sealing dispensers?
Yes. This 3" tape is fully compatible with standard carton sealing tape dispensers. The 2.2 mil acrylic adhesive and core diameter are engineered for straightforward dispenser use without adjustment or maintenance changes.
Does the pre-printed message reduce seal strength or adhesion?
No. The messaging is printed on the adhesive side but does not compromise bond strength. The waterproof 2.2 mil acrylic adhesive maintains full holding power on corrugated cardboard, including areas with printed text.
How much labor time does this save compared to applying separate fragile labels?
Supervisors report eliminating 1-2 seconds per carton previously spent applying separate labels. On a line sealing 500+ cartons daily, this translates to 8-16 hours saved per week in line labor and removes a secondary touch point that slows throughput.
Is this tape waterproof for outdoor storage and shipping?
Yes. The waterproof 2.2 mil acrylic adhesive resists moisture, humidity, and temperature fluctuations during transit and warehouse storage, ensuring the seal and printed message remain visible and effective throughout the supply chain.
