Common questions
Will this quiet tape work with standard carton sealing tape dispensers?
Yes. Tape Logic #131 Quiet Tape is fully compatible with all industry-standard handheld and mounted carton sealing dispensers. For optimal performance and quietest operation, see our recommended dispenser models in the Carton Sealing Tape Dispensers section.
How does this tape perform on recycled corrugated boxes?
The 3.1 mil acrylic adhesive is specifically formulated to grip recycled corrugated reliably. It creates a strong, permanent bond without slipping or peeling, even on textured or dusty box surfaces common in recycled materials.
Why does the tape stay clear and not yellow over time?
This acrylic formulation resists UV degradation and oxidation that cause traditional tape to yellow. Your sealed boxes maintain a professional appearance throughout storage, shipping, and long-term archival, critical for brand reputation and customer experience.
What's the noise reduction benefit for my packing line?
The noiseless release mechanism dramatically reduces the sharp, repetitive sound generated during tape dispensing. For supervisors managing high-volume lines, this quieter operation reduces operator fatigue, improves focus, and creates a more comfortable work environment, directly supporting productivity and safety.
