Common questions
Is this tape compatible with my existing case sealer and handheld dispenser?
Yes. Tape Logic 1500 is wound on a standard 2-inch core, making it compatible with all major tape dispensers and automatic case sealing equipment used in packing operations. Verify your dispenser accepts 1/2" width tape before ordering.
How does 304 lb tensile strength compare to standard carton sealing tape?
At 304 lbs tensile strength, this tape is engineered for reinforced bundling and heavy-product sealing, significantly stronger than basic carton tape (typically 100-150 lbs). Use it when standard tape fails to hold or when shipping heavier items requiring extra security.
Will this tape adhere reliably to wet, dusty, or cold corrugate?
Tape Logic 1500 is formulated for strong adhesion to standard kraft and corrugate surfaces. For wet or heavily contaminated boxes, pre-dry surfaces when possible. In cold environments (below 50°F), allow tape to acclimate briefly before application for optimal bonding.
What's the shelf life, and how should I store these rolls?
Tape Logic 1500 maintains full performance for 12+ months when stored in a cool, dry environment (60-80°F, 40-60% humidity). Keep rolls upright on a shelf away from direct sunlight to prevent adhesive degradation and ensure consistent dispensing.
