Common questions
Will this tape adhere to metal case sealers and equipment in high-humidity environments?
Yes. The 7.0 mil vinyl formulation is specifically engineered to bond strongly to metal, painted surfaces, and concrete while resisting moisture. It maintains adhesion in humid packing environments and won't lift or curl at edges when exposed to condensation from refrigerated areas.
Is this tape compatible with standard tape dispensers used on packing lines?
Yes. The 1" width and standard roll core fit all common tape dispensers and hand-applicator tools used in warehouses and production facilities. The 36-yard length provides extended use between roll changes, minimizing downtime.
How long does black/yellow striped tape last on floor markings?
With 7.0 mil thickness, this tape typically lasts 6-12 months on high-traffic floors depending on foot traffic and equipment movement. The heavy-duty vinyl resists scuffing, ensuring bright, visible markings throughout its lifespan for consistent OSHA compliance.
Can I use black/yellow tape for both caution and physical hazard markings?
Yes. Black/yellow is the standard ANSI color code for caution and physical hazard warnings. It's ideal for marking equipment pinch points, sharp edges, and operational hazard zones where workers must exercise caution during packing line operations.
