Common questions
Will this tape dispense smoothly on our automated case sealing equipment?
Yes. The 6.0 mil vinyl formulation and plastic core are fully compatible with standard 1" tape dispensers (manual and electric). The moisture-resistant backing prevents adhesive buildup in dispenser heads, ensuring consistent tape feed without jams or overlap issues on high-speed lines.
How does this tape perform on greasy or wet corrugated surfaces?
The heavy-duty vinyl construction resists oil, grease, moisture, and solvents, providing reliable adhesion even on slightly damp or contaminated carton surfaces common in food, chemical, or cold storage environments. This reduces rework and rejected cases due to tape failure.
Is this tape compliant with ANSI hazard communication standards?
Yes. Yellow Tape Logic Solid Vinyl Safety Tape meets ANSI standards for caution and physical hazard warnings. The color coding system helps supervisors quickly identify case contents and handling requirements without additional labeling.
How long will one roll last on our packing line?
A single 36-yard roll typically seals 100-150 cases (depending on tape width applied per case and case size). The case of 48 rolls provides 4,800-7,200 linear yards, ideal for 1-2 weeks of high-volume production depending on throughput.
