Common questions
Will this tape work with my existing tape dispensers?
Yes. This tape features a standard 3-inch core that's compatible with most manual and electric tape dispensers used on packing lines. Confirm your dispenser accepts 1-inch width tape for optimal performance.
What makes 304 lb tensile strength important for case sealing?
Higher tensile strength means the tape resists tearing and pulling apart during shipping and handling. For heavier products, this prevents seal failure and package damage, reducing returns and protecting your company's reputation.
How many feet of tape do I get per roll?
Each roll contains 60 yards, which equals 180 linear feet. With 12 rolls per case, you receive 2,160 total feet of strapping tape, ideal for mid-sized production runs before reordering.
Is this tape suitable for automated packing line equipment?
Yes. The reinforced polypropylene construction and consistent core sizing make this tape reliable for automated dispensers. Its fiberglass filament prevents stretching, ensuring uniform seals across your production volume.
