Common questions
Is this tape compatible with my current 2-inch tape dispenser?
Yes. This Tape Logic 1500 strapping tape features a standard core that works with virtually all 2-inch tape dispensers used in industrial packing operations. Always verify your dispenser's core diameter to ensure proper fit.
What makes this tape suitable for heavier products compared to standard carton tape?
The 304 lb tensile strength rating means this tape can withstand significantly greater pulling forces without tearing or stretching. This reinforced construction prevents seal failure on heavy items during warehouse handling and transport, reducing damage claims and improving case integrity.
How much tape does one case provide for my packing line?
One case contains 24 rolls, each providing 60 yards of tape. That's 1,440 total yards per case. At typical sealing rates, most packing lines will consume one case every 1-3 shifts depending on case volume and sealing pattern.
Can I use this tape for both carton sealing and bundling applications?
Absolutely. This versatile strapping tape excels at both case sealing and bundling operations. Its clear color provides good product visibility while the high tensile strength maintains secure holds for bundles of varying weights, making it ideal for multi-purpose packing line workflows.
