Common questions
Will this tape work with my existing automatic tape dispenser?
Yes. The 3-inch width and standard core are compatible with all commercial carton sealing dispensers rated for 3-inch tape. Check your dispenser specifications to confirm core compatibility before ordering.
What makes the 304 lb tensile strength important for my packing line?
Higher tensile strength means the tape resists tearing and splitting under tension, which is critical when applying pressure on heavy loads or using high-speed automatic dispensers. This reduces seal failures and customer complaints about damaged shipments.
How does this tape perform on different carton materials?
The rubber-based adhesive formula bonds aggressively to kraft, corrugated, and coated carton surfaces. It maintains strong adhesion across varying humidity and temperature conditions typical in warehouse and shipping environments.
Is this tape suitable for both hand-applied and automated sealing?
Absolutely. The 3" x 60 yard format works efficiently on manual dispensers for occasional use and scales to high-volume automated systems. One case of 12 rolls provides substantial capacity for medium to high-throughput packing operations.
