Common questions
Will this tape adhere properly to wet or oily warehouse floors?
Yes. The 6.0 mil vinyl formulation is engineered to bond securely on oil, grease, and moisture-exposed surfaces. For optimal adhesion on heavily soiled floors, clean the surface with a degreaser 24 hours before application.
Is this tape compatible with standard 2-inch tape dispensers?
Yes. The standard 2-inch core design works with all industry-standard 2-inch manual and electric dispensers, supporting deployment across your packing line.
How long does the adhesion last in high-traffic areas?
With proper surface preparation, this tape maintains secure adhesion for 12+ months in standard warehouse conditions. Heavy forklift traffic or extreme temperature fluctuations may require 6-9 month replacement cycles.
Can this tape be removed without leaving residue?
The vinyl formulation removes cleanly from most surfaces without adhesive residue, making it ideal for temporary zone marking during seasonal packing operations or facility reorganizations.
