Common questions
Is this tape compatible with my automatic case sealing equipment?
Yes. The 6.0 mil vinyl construction and standard 3-inch core work with most industrial tape dispensers (gummed, hot-melt, and pressure-sensitive systems). Verify your dispenser's width tolerance, this 2" tape fits standard single-head and dual-head systems used in packing lines processing 200+ cases daily.
Will this tape hold on wet or oily corrugated boxes?
Absolutely. The heavy-duty vinyl formulation resists oils, greases, and moisture, making it ideal for cases that contact pallets, forklifts, or humid warehouse floors. The aggressive adhesive maintains peel resistance even on boxes pre-exposed to light petroleum residue or condensation.
How many linear feet of sealing can I get from one case?
Each case contains 24 rolls 36 yards per roll = 864 yards total (2,592 linear feet of 2" sealing surface). At an average of 3-4 linear feet per case, this provides approximately 650, 850 sealed cases per case of tape.
Does orange color fade during storage or sunlight exposure?
No. The solid vinyl construction provides excellent color stability indoors and outdoors. For hazard marking compliance, the orange remains vibrant through 6+ months of warehouse storage, maintaining ANSI visibility standards throughout the product lifecycle.
