Common questions
Will this tape work with our existing case sealing dispenser?
Yes. The 2" width and standard 3" cardboard core are compatible with all industry-standard tape dispensers used on packing lines. The 6.0 mil thickness feeds smoothly without jamming or wrapping issues.
How does this tape perform on oily or wet boxes?
The heavy-duty vinyl formulation resists oil, grease, moisture, and solvents, ensuring strong adhesion even on contaminated surfaces. This makes it ideal for food, chemical, and industrial packaging where cleanliness cannot be guaranteed.
Can we use one tape for both case sealing and safety labeling?
Absolutely. The bright yellow color meets OSHA caution/physical hazard standards, allowing supervisors to eliminate tape changeovers. One product handles both sealing and compliance marking, reducing inventory complexity and line downtime.
What's the shelf life, and how should we store the cases?
Tape Logic vinyl tape maintains full adhesion strength for 2 years when stored in cool, dry conditions (60, 80°F, 40, 60% humidity). Keep cases on pallets away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to preserve performance.
