Common questions
Will this tape work with my existing tape dispenser equipment?
Yes. The 3-inch diameter core is the industry standard and compatible with virtually all commercial tape dispensers used on packing lines. The 1/4" width feeds smoothly without binding or misalignment issues.
Does this masking tape leave adhesive residue on corrugated boxes?
No. The natural rubber adhesive formula is designed for clean removal from cardboard, kraft paper, and case sealers. It provides strong initial adhesion without residual stickiness, meeting the demands of high-speed case sealing operations.
What temperature range is this tape rated for?
This Tape Logic tape performs reliably in medium-temperature environments (typically 60°F, 90°F ambient conditions). It maintains adhesion integrity without softening or separating during standard warehouse and packing line operations.
How many rolls do I get per case, and what's the total yardage?
Each case contains 144 rolls at 60 yards per roll, delivering 8,640 total yards of tape per case. This bulk volume reduces reordering frequency and ensures consistent color-coding across high-volume production runs without supply interruptions.
