Common questions
Will this tape adhere to wet or oily packing line floors?
Yes. The 6.0 mil solid vinyl formula resists oil, grease, and moisture, providing reliable adhesion even on wet concrete or metal surfaces typical of distribution centers. Ensure the floor is clean and dry before application for optimal bonding.
Is this tape compatible with standard tape dispensers?
Yes. The rolls are wound on standard cardboard cores designed for manual and mechanical tape dispensers used on packing lines. The 3" width fits most industrial dispenser models.
How long does this tape last under heavy foot and equipment traffic?
The 6.0 mil thickness and scuff-resistant vinyl provide 6, 12 months of durability under normal warehouse traffic, depending on foot traffic intensity and environmental conditions. Regular inspection ensures visibility is maintained for safety compliance.
Can this black tape be used for both safety markings and general floor demarcation?
Yes. Black safety tape works for boundary marking, equipment zones, and housekeeping designations. It is not recommended for high-visibility hazard warnings (use yellow/black striped tape for those applications).
