Common questions
Will this tape adhere to wet concrete floors in my packing line?
Yes. The 7.0 mil vinyl construction and heavy-duty adhesive formula bond securely to damp concrete, asphalt, and epoxy surfaces. For best adhesion, clean the surface of debris and light moisture before application. The moisture-resistant coating prevents peeling even in humid environments.
How does this tape perform under forklift traffic and machinery vibration?
Designed for high-traffic warehouse use, the aggressive adhesive and reinforced vinyl core resist edge lifting and peeling from vibration and vehicle pressure. The 7.0 mil thickness prevents scuffing and tearing, maintaining visibility and compliance markers for months.
Is this tape compatible with my existing 3-inch tape dispenser?
Yes. The 36-yard rolls feature a standard 3-inch core compatible with all Tape Logic and most industry-standard 3-inch tape dispensers. Verify core diameter matches your dispenser specifications before ordering.
What's the adhesion strength compared to standard vinyl floor tape?
At 7.0 mil thickness with high-tack adhesive, this tape exceeds standard 5.0 mil tape in shear strength and peel resistance. It maintains adhesion through temperature swings (-10°F to 140°F) and resists oil, grease, and solvent exposure without degrading or leaving residue.
