Common questions
Will this tape adhere properly through our automatic case sealing dispenser?
Yes. Tape Logic solid vinyl tape is engineered for smooth feeding through standard tape dispensers at production speeds. The consistent 6.0 mil thickness ensures reliable core compatibility and continuous adhesion without slipping or jamming during high-volume case sealing operations.
How does this tape perform in wet or oily warehouse conditions?
The solid vinyl construction actively resists oil, grease, moisture, and solvents, maintaining strong adhesion even when cases are exposed to harsh industrial environments. This durability prevents tape failure during storage, shipping, and handling in challenging conditions.
Is the yellow color visible enough for safety marking and hazard identification?
Absolutely. The bright yellow finish meets ANSI standards for caution and physical hazard labeling, ensuring clear visibility on shipping lines and warehouse floors. The solid vinyl backing prevents fading or discoloration from moisture and UV exposure.
How many cases should we stock for a standard packing line?
A case of 16 rolls (576 yards total) typically supports 2, 5 days of operation on a single sealing line, depending on case volume and sealing width. Most supervisors maintain 2, 3 cases in rotation to prevent production delays.
