Common questions
Will this tape work with standard industrial tape dispensers?
Yes. The 1 1/2" width and smooth crepe backing are engineered for compatibility with all manual and pneumatic tape guns commonly found on packing lines. The conformable texture feeds consistently without jamming or bunching.
How does this tape perform on corrugated cardboard with varying moisture levels?
The rubber-based adhesive maintains reliable adhesion across humidity fluctuations typical in warehouses and shipping environments. The 4.4 mil crepe backing resists tearing when applied to rough corrugated surfaces, ensuring seals hold throughout the distribution cycle.
Can operators remove this tape without leaving adhesive residue on cases?
The one-piece removal design eliminates residue left by lower-quality tapes. Simply grasp and peel at a 45-degree angle, no scraping or solvent required. This clean removal is essential for cases that may be relabeled or returned.
What is the shelf life and storage recommendation for bulk tape inventory?
Store rolls in a cool, dry environment (60-80°F) away from direct sunlight. Properly stored tape maintains consistent adhesion and conformability for 12+ months, protecting your investment in bulk case purchases and ensuring predictable packing line performance.
