Common questions
Will this tape adhere reliably to corrugated cardboard and tape dispensers?
Yes. The natural rubber adhesive provides strong, immediate adhesion to cardboard, kraft tape, and paper surfaces. The 4.9 mil thickness ensures consistent unwind on standard tape dispensers without core slippage or adhesive transfer.
Is dark green masking tape suitable for automated packing line speeds?
Absolutely. Crepe paper masking tape is engineered for medium-speed dispensing equipment and hand application. The tear-by-hand formula allows clean breaks at line speed without requiring a dispenser blade, reducing downtime and improving case throughput.
What temperature range does this tape handle in industrial environments?
This tape is rated for medium-temperature applications (up to approximately 140°F / 60°C), making it suitable for standard warehouse, manufacturing, and outdoor shipping conditions without adhesive degradation or color fading.
Why choose color-coded tape over printed labels for case identification?
Color-coded tape offers instant visual recognition without printing delays, eliminates label peel issues during handling, costs less per application, and requires no inventory management for different SKU labels. One roll of tape provides 60 yards of usable identification for high-volume packing lines.
