Common questions
Will this tape work with our existing tape dispensers?
Yes. This tape features a standard 3-inch cardboard core that is fully compatible with most industrial tape dispensers used on packing lines, including handheld and wall-mounted models.
Does the adhesive residue affect corrugated box quality?
No. The crepe paper backing and medium-temperature adhesive formula are specifically engineered for clean removal from cardboard and kraft surfaces without leaving sticky residue, maintaining your box appearance for retail or customer handoff.
Can this tape handle temperature variations on the packing line?
Yes. This masking tape is designed for medium-temperature applications, making it suitable for standard warehouse and production environments. It maintains consistent adhesion across typical indoor temperature ranges encountered in industrial packing operations.
How many cases should we order for a high-volume operation?
Each case contains 24 rolls providing 1,440 total yards of tape. For high-speed packing lines running 8+ hours daily, we recommend calculating usage by roll consumption rate and ordering 2-4 cases weekly to ensure continuous dispenser availability without production delays.
