Common questions
Will this tape work with standard manual and automated dispensers?
Yes. The 2" width and 4.4 mil thickness are optimized for both handheld dispensers and tabletop case-sealing equipment. The crepe paper backing feeds smoothly without jamming or curling.
Is adhesive residue a concern on cardboard cores?
No. The rubber-based adhesive is formulated for clean removal from paper and corrugated surfaces without leaving sticky residue that could compromise downstream labeling or stacking.
How long does inventory last with a case of 24 rolls?
A case of 24 rolls (1,440 total yards) typically supports 2-3 weeks of moderate bundling and labeling operations. Usage depends on roll width application frequency and case throughput on your line.
Can this tape be used for high-temperature sealing applications?
This tape is rated for light to medium-duty use and withstands up to 200°F for short durations. For sustained heat applications above 200°F, consider premium masking tape alternatives designed for specialty thermal environments.
