Common questions
Will this tape work with our existing dispenser equipment?
Yes. The 2" width and crepe paper construction are standard for all industrial tape dispensers. The 27 lb. tensile strength prevents tearing during high-speed application, and the tape core accommodates universal 3-inch dispenser hubs used on most packing lines.
Does this tape leave residue after 14 days of adhesion?
No. Tape Logic 3000 blue painter's tape is formulated for clean removal without adhesive bleed-through, even after extended hold times. This prevents surface contamination that could compromise downstream printing, labeling, or secondary sealing operations.
How does this perform on different case materials?
Tested for adhesion on corrugate, kraft, and composite cores. The 5.2 mil thickness ensures consistent grip across varying substrate textures, moisture levels, and surface contaminants common in high-volume packing environments without loss of tack.
Why buy by the case instead of individual rolls?
Case pricing reduces per-roll costs by 15-22% compared to single-roll purchases, and 12-roll cases minimize reordering frequency. For typical packing lines running 8-16 rolls per shift, a case represents 3-9 days of inventory, ensuring continuous line operation without tape-out delays.
