Common questions
How does this tape perform on sealed concrete versus unsealed warehouse floors?
The 60 mil PVC formula bonds securely to both sealed and unsealed concrete, epoxy coatings, and polished floors. For optimal adhesion on new or heavily waxed surfaces, clean the application area with mild degreaser first, this ensures maximum holding power even under daily forklift traffic.
Will the tape leave adhesive residue when removed during floor refinishing?
No. Mighty Line Deluxe Safety Tape is engineered for clean removal without adhesive buildup or floor damage. Simply peel away slowly at a low angle, the PVC backing separates cleanly from most industrial floor types, saving facility managers from costly adhesive cleanup.
How long does a 100-foot roll typically last in a busy distribution center?
Most supervisors report 12 - 18 months of durability with standard warehouse traffic. The beveled edges and heavy 60 mil thickness resist edge-lifting and tearing from equipment wheels, extending useful life significantly compared to thinner alternatives.
Can I use this tape with automatic floor tape dispensers or does it require manual installation?
This tape is designed for manual application using hand-pressure rolling or standard tape dispenser tools. The consistent 60 mil thickness and reliable adhesive work smoothly with most dispensing equipment, though high-volume operations should verify dispenser compatibility with Packrift before large-scale implementation.
