Common questions
Will this tape adhere to oily or wet surfaces common in packing facilities?
Yes. The 6.0 mil solid vinyl formulation includes an aggressive adhesive system specifically engineered to bond reliably to oily, greasy, and moisture-laden surfaces. For optimal adhesion, wipe surfaces clean of heavy grease before application. The synthetic rubber adhesive resists environmental degradation from solvents and chemical exposure.
Is this tape compatible with my standard 3-inch core tape dispenser?
Yes. Each roll features a standard 3" core that seats securely in universal tape dispensers, including hand-crank and electric models. The 4" width provides excellent tape feed consistency and prevents jamming or misalignment during high-volume packing operations.
How many linear feet of tape does one case provide?
Each case contains 12 rolls with 36 yards per roll, equaling 432 total yards or 1,296 linear feet of safety tape. This 12-roll case format is designed for supervisors managing continuous safety marking across large packing facilities without frequent reordering.
Does this green tape meet OSHA or ANSI safety color-coding standards?
Yes. The green color complies with ANSI Z535.1 and OSHA standards for first aid and safety equipment identification. This tape is specifically designated for marking first aid kits, emergency equipment stations, and safety-related equipment in warehouses and manufacturing environments.
