Common questions
Will this tape work with standard tape dispensers on my packing line?
Yes. The 36-yard roll length and 2" core diameter are compatible with most industrial tape dispensers. The 6.0 mil thickness feeds smoothly without jams, and the vinyl backing resists shredding during high-speed application.
How well does this tape adhere to corrugated cardboard and plastic cases?
Solid vinyl tape bonds immediately to cardboard, plastic film, and kraft paper. The heavy-duty adhesive maintains grip through temperature fluctuations and humidity changes common in warehouse environments, no peeling or lifting during storage or transit.
Is yellow the right color for my safety marking compliance?
Yellow designates caution and physical hazard areas per ANSI Z535 standards. If you need different hazard categories, we also stock red (fire/danger), green (first aid), orange (biohazard), and black/white/blue/purple (boundaries and housekeeping).
How does this tape perform in cold storage or outdoor environments?
The 6.0 mil vinyl formulation resists moisture, solvents, and temperature stress. It maintains adhesion in freezers and outdoor dock areas where standard paper tape fails, reducing application errors and reapplication costs.
