Common questions
Can this tape be applied without a dispenser?
Yes. Tape Logic #5300 flatback tape is designed for hand-tear application, simply unroll, position, and tear by hand. This eliminates dispenser setup time and reduces equipment requirements on your packing line.
Will this tape hold in hot, humid, or cold warehouse conditions?
Absolutely. The aggressive pressure-sensitive adhesive maintains seal integrity across a wide range of temperature and humidity conditions, ensuring consistent performance whether your warehouse experiences seasonal shifts or high-moisture environments.
Can I write on this kraft tape for labeling or routing information?
Yes. The kraft paper surface is writable with marker or pen, allowing supervisors to add quick labels, codes, or handling notes directly on sealed cartons without additional labeling equipment.
How does this tape compare to masking tape for carton sealing?
Tape Logic #5300 is significantly stronger than standard masking tape, providing reliable aggressive adhesion specifically engineered for carton sealing applications. Masking tape is designed for temporary applications and will not deliver the secure, permanent seal required for shipping.
