Common questions
Will this tape work without a dispenser on our packing line?
Yes. Kraft flatback tape is designed for hand-tear application, no dispenser required. Operators simply tear and apply directly, reducing line dependency on equipment and speeding throughput.
How does this tape perform in cold storage or humid conditions?
Tape Logic #5300 seals securely across a wide range of temperature and humidity conditions, making it reliable for cold-storage facilities, outdoor staging areas, and climates with seasonal humidity swings.
Can we reduce shipping costs using this lighter-weight tape?
Yes. The lightweight kraft paper construction reduces per-case weight compared to reinforced or waterproof alternatives, directly lowering dimensional weight charges and overall shipping costs on parcel or LTL shipments.
Is this tape suitable for writing shipping information?
Absolutely. The kraft paper surface accepts pen and marker application, allowing supervisors to write lot numbers, dates, or routing notes directly on sealed cartons without adding extra labels.
