Common questions
Does this tape require a dispenser or special equipment?
No. Tape Logic #5300 flatback tape is engineered for hand-tear application without water or dispenser activation. While compatible with standard tape dispensers for higher-speed lines, supervisors can apply it directly by hand, reducing capital equipment requirements and maintenance costs.
How does kraft paper tape perform in temperature and humidity extremes?
This aggressive adhesive formulation maintains secure sealing across wide temperature and humidity ranges, making it reliable for climate-controlled warehouses, cold storage environments, and humid shipping conditions. Performance remains consistent without environmental conditioning requirements.
Can we write on this tape for labeling or tracking?
Yes. The kraft paper surface accepts ballpoint pens, markers, and permanent ink, allowing supervisors to add shipment notes, order numbers, or special handling instructions directly on sealed cartons without additional labeling materials.
How does cost compare to masking tape and specialty sealing products?
Tape Logic #5300 delivers stronger adhesion than masking tape at a comparable price point while offering performance to water-activated alternatives. The lightweight paper construction reduces shipping weight, lowering overall logistics costs per carton sealed compared to premium alternatives.
