Common questions
Can this tape be used without a dispenser on high-speed packing lines?
Yes. The flatback design tears cleanly by hand, making it suitable for both manual application and compatibility with standard bench-mounted dispensers if your line upgrades later. No water or special equipment is required.
Will this tape hold in freezer or high-humidity environments?
Yes. The aggressive adhesive formula performs reliably across wide temperature and humidity ranges, including cold storage (freezer), ambient warehouse conditions, and humid climates without edge-lifting or delamination.
What's the advantage of kraft paper over clear plastic tape for our operation?
Kraft paper tape is lighter, reducing shipping weight and per-unit cost. It's also writable with pen or marker for quick box labeling, eliminates glare on security cameras, and is fully recyclable, supporting sustainability goals while improving line efficiency.
How many boxes can one roll seal on average?
A single 60-yard roll seals approximately 40-50 standard cartons (depending on whether you apply one or two seals per box). With 12 rolls per case, expect 480-600 sealed boxes per case for typical packing line volumes.
