Common questions
Why does this tape have different adhesion levels on each side, and how does that benefit my packing line?
The permanent adhesive on the face (interior) creates a strong, durable bond for structural assembly, while the low-tack repositionable adhesive on the back (exterior) allows removal without damaging substrate surfaces or leaving adhesive residue. This asymmetric design is critical for case sealing operations where you need secure bonding during assembly but clean removal or repositioning capability afterward.
Is this tape compatible with standard 3-inch core dispensers?
Yes. The 3" core size is designed for compatibility with most industrial tape dispensers and packing line equipment, ensuring use into your existing case sealing setup without equipment modifications.
Will this tape leave residue when removed from films, foils, or paper?
No. The low-tack adhesive on the back side is specifically formulated to release cleanly from films, foils, and most papers without adhesive transfer or substrate damage, making it ideal for removable applications in high-speed production environments.
What is the minimum order quantity, and how long does one case last on a typical packing line?
Minimum order is 1 case of 36 rolls. Longevity depends on tape width usage and line speed; a single 1" wide roll delivers 72 yards, so a 36-roll case provides 2,592 linear yards, sufficient for several days of operation on most moderate-volume packing lines.
